New Lift At Mont-Sainte-Anne To Debut Dec. 2013

Mont Saint Anne Doppelmayr
Quebec’s Mont-Sainte-Anne is making a multi-million dollar investment in a detachable quad that will open in time for the 2013-14 ski season. Construction already has begun on the new lift.

The new Dopplmayr lift replaces the current fixed triple in the resort’s expert sector, which makes up one-third of the mountain. Ride time will be reduced from 12 minutes to six. Its path will be modified allowing access to the entire mountain, as well as the expert terrain.

The area’s skiable terrain includes 67 trails and four snowparks. Nineteen of the trails are lit for nighttime skiing and riding. Daytime provides views of the St. Lawrence River and Quebec City.
